emagine is seeking an IT Management Consultant to support a client’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) sourcing management processes as part of an IT Scalability Programme within their Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) division. This role will involve collaborating with procurement and sourcing teams to select the best software and implementation partners.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Sourcing & Procurement: Strong background in sourcing and procurement processes.
- Software Selection: Proven experience with software selection and technology services, ideally related to IAM.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with procurement, sourcing teams, and suppliers.
Location: Ballerup, Hybrid

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Strategy: Define and implement the overall sourcing strategy in collaboration with sourcing management and procurement teams.
- RFI-RFP Processes: Drive and support RFI-RFP processes, including software selection, technical, and migration analysis.
- Supplier Management: Communicate with suppliers, coordinate evaluations, and gather feedback to ensure the best fit.
- Business Case Development: Support the creation of a business case for transformation and migration projects.
- Decision Making: Develop decision-making materials for selecting suppliers, services, and products.
- Make-Buy Strategy: Create make-buy strategies, defining roles and responsibilities.
- Contract Support: Assist in contract development and coordinate negotiation processes.
