• Lead and drive the design, architecture, and implementation of Generative AI products, driving the successful launch of the first version to market and ensuring its alignment with the company’s goals and vision.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI engineers. Provide technical guidance and career mentorship.
• Roll up your sleeves and dive into coding when needed—whether to guide the team, validate an approach, or prove your point of view.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve business processes.
• Collaborate cross functionally to deploy AI solutions and monitor outcomes.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
