POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an IT Manager who will be responsible and accountable for the overall IT infrastructure of Agility PR Solutions. This role involves managing daily IT operations, cybersecurity, team leadership, and technology strategy to support our remote teams across Canada, the US, and overseas.
The successful candidate will supervise and actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of the company’s computing and networking needs, ensure internal staff is adequately supported via the helpdesk, drive IT and Security policies, manage procurement and asset lifecycle, and serve as the primary point of contact for the IT team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Manager or relevant leadership role
- Proven knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and IT systems (Dell laptops and servers, FortiGate firewalls, Cisco switches, Microsoft Windows, Office365)
- Experience with AWS infrastructure management
- Strong expertise in data center management and data governance
- Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CEH
- Hands-on experience in network administration and troubleshooting

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity strategies
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT projects and daily operations
- Lead and support IT staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security measures
- Identify and resolve IT challenges with strategic, timely solutions
- Conduct audits, assess system efficiency, and drive improvements
- Manage the procurement and renewal of software and hardware assets
- Oversee AWS infrastructure management
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices
