JOB DESCRIPTION: -

• Managed Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace portals, ensuring seamless email and communication infrastructure for the organization.
• Administered Fortinet firewalls and VPN connections to secure remote access and enhance cybersecurity.
• Oversaw a fleet management system, integrating GPS and security cameras with temperature monitoring for freezer vehicles.
• Managed VMware ESXi, Hyper-V virtual machines, and Veeam backups, ensuring business continuity through efficient disaster recovery plans.
• Supervised the company’s camera system on VMS and maintained the QNAP Storage Server for secure data archiving.
• Implemented robust network security protocols, including Sophos Firewall, Kaspersky Antivirus, and Citrix MDM for mobile device management.
• Experienced System Administrator with over 10 years of expertise in managing IT infrastructure, server administration, cloud solutions, virtualization, and network security.
• Proven success in optimizing system performance, reducing downtime, and implementing disaster recovery solutions.
• Adept in supporting business operations by deploying, maintaining, and securing enterprise-level IT systems.

QUALIFICATIONS: -

• Proven working experience as IT manager role.
• Proficient in managing complex IT infrastructures, server deployment, and maintenance, including Windows Server (2003-2019), Linux, and VMware environments. Expertise in Active Directory, group policies, and domain management.
• Adept at diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, providing first-line to third-line support for end-users. Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
• At least 2 years’ experience in VMware vSphere, Hyper-V
• Fluent in Both Arabic & English, speaking and writing
