The IT Manager will be responsible for the management of the IT and electronic security infrastructure across the organization. Overall, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation and support of our network infrastructure, software administration, IT Support and management of our IT and electronic portion of physical security and plant operations. This position is a hybrid role based out of our Ancaster, Ontario facility and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

YOU WILL:
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot the network infrastructure across the organization
- Partner with leaders of the organization to understand the IT needs and support the business as needed
- Manage the IT Support model for the business and ensure tickets are being addressed, while looking for ways to improve IT Support
- Partner with consultants and contractors to deploy, manage, and support critical on-site systems including security and plant operations
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to develop and perform internal audits
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices for the provisions of the Cannabis Act and Cannabis Regulations that apply to the license holder
- Other duties and activities as required.
