  • Oversee the management and optimization of cloud services, including SaaS applications, Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead IT projects from planning through execution, including infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and technology modernization initiatives.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of all cloud and network infrastructure, implementing best practices and security protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, integration, and cloud-based tools.
  • Manage IT policies, procedures, and compliance to maintain a secure and efficient environment, adhering to industry standards and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy that supports business growth.
  • Mentor and guide IT team members, helping them develop technical and professional skills to support the organization’s needs.
  • Provide hands-on support for critical issues and initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in leadership or management roles.
  • Extensive experience managing cloud environments, including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, including networking, security, and enterprise systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, prioritizing, and executing IT projects in a scaling organization.
  • Deep understanding of IT security best practices, compliance standards, and risk management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset for aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and process improvement within cloud ecosystems.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Microsoft 365 Administration/Engineering.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools to streamline IT operations.
  • Experience in budget planning and vendor management for cloud services.
This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment and is passionate about driving innovation and operational excellence through technology. If you’re ready to make a significant impact by leading IT strategy and execution in a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you.
Most importantly, we are a small yet mighty team. This is a roll up your sleeves, help where you are needed kind of role. We are looking for culture builders, top talent who will lean in to help us build an engaged and positive work environment, who will support our success when and as needed, as our team will do for you when you need it.
