IT Manager (Infrastructure)

• Experience in role of Infra/Network/Security. Key criteria for the role will be maintenance of the infra/network/security of the Company
• Diversified background of IT infrastructure support experience with project management, people and vendor management skills
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system and network updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
• Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies
• Manage department budget planning and make cost-effective decisions to meet business needs
• Ensures audit and compliance reviews by implementing processes and procedures
• Participates in strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritising of IT initiatives
• Plan and Design Infrastructure Network, Systems and Business meeting requirements
• Plan and Develop IT Security policies to prevent unauthorized access, risk and malicious attack
• Recognizes and takes action when escalation and de-escalation is required for critical and urgent cases and follow designated procedure
• Good to have managed a team before and managed Point-of-Sales systems in prior experience
• Bonus to have achievements listed for change management in terms of server migration to cloud; implementation of projects such as ERP or related solutions, or other business related achievements such as optimisation of revenue via monetising of IT assets and infrastructure, such as Wifi etc
