Description:

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Recognized Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • ITIL service delivery manager qualification
  • MCSE + Security, Citrix or VMWare qualifications(desirable)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with 3 years’ experience in leading IT teams in handling infrastructure support and Service Desk operations

SPECIAL APTITUDE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Possess excellent problem solving skills, great communication and presentation skills
  • Team leader
  • Good experience in turnkey projects and system integration
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with difference groups of stakeholders and IT teams
  • Good project management experience
  • Good understanding of procurement and budgeting processes
  • Able to work in ambiguous situations with a can-do attitude
  • Able to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
