Description:

The IT Manager will be responsible for leading a team of IT specialists at the Riyadh office. Qualities of this role are strong leadership and IT operations and problem solving expertise.

REQUIREMENTS

  • English proficiency (B2 level or above) – spoken and written
  • Passion for games of all genres and all platforms (mobile, PC and console)
  • 1-3 years experience as an IT Manager or IT Team Lead managing a service desk queue and a team of technicians.
  • Ability to successfully lead multiple concurrent projects
  • Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and quick learner
  • Experience in enforcing established policies and developing new procedures for supporting users and systems
  • This is a 100% on-site role. Remote work is not available
  • Must possess great interpersonal skills and be comfortable speaking with employees of all levels

Responsibilities:

  • Execute initial technology setup (user accounts, workstations, software installations etc.)
  • Serve as a Technical Manager responsible for leading an IT team at Riyadh office (on-site required)
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the IT Team in a continuing effort to enrich team culture.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Create and continuously improve support procedures and documentation.
  • Oversee day to day IT operations at the Riyadh office, reprioritizing team efforts as the needs of the business change.
  • Hire and lead a team of IT Specialists, providing mentorship and development opportunities to promote high performance and growth.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
