POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Store Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the infrastructure of maurices stores. You will ensure the infrastructure for registers, pinpads, printers, network, traffic counters and mobile devices are available, inventoried, patched, monitored and maintained. You will work with various cross functional teams to ensure our assets are secure, stable, and supportable through oversight of internal and managed delivery partners. This includes managing new store deployments, relocations, and closures as well as all depot services associated.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Store Infrastructure team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of store infrastructure including registers, pinpads, printers, network, traffic counters and mobile devices.
- Manage new store deployments, ensuring all infrastructure is set up and operational.
- Coordinate store relocations and closures, ensuring all infrastructure is properly handled.
- Ensure all infrastructure assets are correctly inventoried, patched, and monitored.
- Lead or contribute to major system upgrades or new deployments.
- Automate tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Assist in planning for peak season readiness.
- Create and maintain scripts for asset information and configuration.
- Manage Service Now and create reports from various tools.
- Enable growth initiatives and lead risk mitigation initiatives.
- Ensure that our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is current and accurate.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of infrastructure systems.
- Oversee managed service providers to ensure they meet performance and service level agreements.
- Develop and implement infrastructure strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Create and manage the Store Infrastructure budget, optimizing lifecycle management of store assets.
- Partner with the Director of Security and Compliance to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Help drive the security agenda within the organization and report on progress for areas of scope.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of client devices, network and general retail devices.
- Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) systems.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the retail industry.
- Knowledge of managed service provider oversight.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, including offshore, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

- Ability to stay self-motivated and run on your own.
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL).
- This position may require occasional travel to store locations and corporate office in Duluth MN.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
This role can be performed from most locations within the US; however, the preferred location of the ideal candidate would be Duluth, MN
The compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements. The range of pay budgeted for this role is: $120,000 - $130,000 annualized, with additional incentive compensation and benefits.
