This position is part time eligible with 80%.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced professional with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar (IT Academic background)
- Several years of working experience in IT solution architecture with knowledge in the following areas: on-prem and cloud architecture, with experience in developing, setting up, and running software in GxP or equivalent regulated environments
- Experience in vendor and partner management, with the ability to negotiate and maintain productive working relationships
- Agile Project Management Expertise: Must possess an agile mindset and be adept in agile project management practices, with a proven ability to lead IT projects efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving international environment
- Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing, running, and improving software solutions in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills, serving as the face of IT to internal customers and effectively managing expectationsFluent in German & English
Responsibilities:
- In your new role, you will design and implement laboratory integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between laboratory instruments and software systems such as LIMS, ELN, analytical software, archives, and data lakes.
- You will conduct comprehensive analysis of existing software solutions, primarily COTS, to develop strategies for enhancement or replacement.
- Furthermore, you will identify and address gaps in the current software landscape, evaluating and integrating new solutions that improve functionality and architecture.
- You will manage relationships with software vendors, external implementation partners, and internal implementation teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Leading IT projects within an international context, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables will also be part of your tasks.Moreover, you will act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, participating actively in the demand management process and ensuring alignment of IT solutions with business needs.
