We are building a new generation of spend management software with a product-first approach that our end-users truly benefit from.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Proficiency with Azure cloud, Microsoft stack (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.), and network management.
  • Experience managing a mix of devices, including Macs, iPhones, PCs, and Androids.
  • Familiarity with ISO and SOC 2 compliance, as well as experience in implementing security policies.
  • Ability to manage phishing campaigns and other security awareness programs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware and software environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams and locations.
  • Experience with device management solutions (e.g., MDM for mobile devices).

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in a SaaS or cloud-first environment.
  • Certifications in Azure, ITIL, or similar IT management credentials.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security, VPNs, and backup solutions.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, manage system security, and ensure seamless integration of our technology stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred), cybersecurity best practices, and experience managing primarily Apple and some PCs. The IT officer will ensure our employees have the tools and support they need to work efficiently and will ensure our business can operate smoothly and securely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple office locations, focusing on Azure cloud services and Microsoft stack.
  • Support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across a diverse range of devices (Macs, iPhones, PCs, Androids).
  • Implement and manage security tools and protocols, including phishing awareness campaigns.
  • Assist with ISO and SOC 2 compliance efforts, including audits and policy enforcement.
  • Monitor and maintain device management, ensuring security updates, patches, and software installations are properly applied.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure IT needs are met across departments and locations.
  • Provide support for onboarding and offboarding employees, including provisioning and de-provisioning of devices and accounts.
  • Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning related to IT systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends, tools, and security threats, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
