• Oversee Bluegrass’s IT operations to ensure system reliability and service continuity.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and training programs.
• Coordinate responses to IT incidents and manage recovery from cybersecurity breaches.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, mitigation strategies, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other industry standards.
• Advise senior leadership on IT operations and security strategies, supporting business growth and technological investments.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR for budgeting and recruitment in the IT and security functions.
