SUMMARY:
Join our team as an IT Operations Business Analyst at Kiawah Island Golf Resort! In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between IT operations and business objectives, ensuring our IT services align with organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of Hotel/Resort experience is a must
- 5+ years in IT operations or business analysis, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Resort Operations systems (PMS, POS, Golf, Tennis, SPA and other activities)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve IT operations.
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions.
- Support IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Document processes and provide training to teams.
