As an IT Operations Engineer at Paramount Commerce, you will tackle a variety of issues and projects, playing a crucial role in the organization’s success. You will work closely with the Infrastructure, Security, and People and Culture teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating a hybrid device environment (Windows, Mac, even a bit of Linux) and will be at the forefront of adopting cloud-first strategies, automation, and streamlined IT processes to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of new hires which includes (but limited to) creating accounts, shipping out hardware, and ensuring they are operational on their first day.
  • End user support (on-site and remote) for macOS and Windows users.
  • Hardware support for physical assets such as servers, printers, switches, etc.
  • User account management in our corporate tools: Active Directory, Google Workspace, Okta, etc.
  • Endpoint configuration and management via MDM (Kandji, WS1) and EDR (Crowdstrike)
  • Management and maintenance of cloud resources in AWS and / or Azure
  • Management and maintenance of network infrastructure (on-prem and cloud)
  • Work on the IT component of projects across the organization (e.g. SSO configuration, Integration setup, application onboarding, etc)
  • Work on Internal IT projects to optimize and automate repetitive tasks
