IT PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for turning complex ideas into reality? We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead transformative projects from inception to successful completion. At LEONI, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, driving projects that shape the future of our organization.
Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with technical teams to ensure clarity in every task and with service delivery teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Your ability to engage and manage stakeholders will be pivotal, as you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring their expectations are met and concerns addressed.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Minim 3 years of previous experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams on multiple IT projects simultaneously;
• Experienced with Project Management methodology;
• Good general understanding of various IT fields and technologies;
• Strong ability to perform project control, project coordination and project risk management.
• Process & project management experience (incl. Agile delivery);
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project);
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Strong business and IT analysis skills;
  The ideal candidate will be willing to travel internationally when necessary, collaborate globally with support teams, show a willingness to learn, and have a positive and flexible attitude.
