YOUR ROLE:

As an IT Operations Project Lead/Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in scaling our internal systems and processes to support rapid business growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand business needs, architect solutions, and drive adoption that enhances productivity. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct comprehensive business needs assessments, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide tracking and reporting on corporate systems initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Act as Project Lead for corporate systems, managing strategic IT projects and translating requirements into technical deliverables.
