Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

Considering the continuous growing scenario of IOT services, we are looking for a Operation Support leader able to manage the operation of the BSS/OSS platform (CRM, Order Management, Service Delivery Platform, ERP and billing, etc.) either on Premise or on Cloud.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Govern of the Tech Operation activities on BSS/OSS platforms (Business Support Systems/ Operation Support Systems) in the Production environment, based on internal team and outsourced services.
  • Coordination of the application deployments, on the BSS/OSS platforms.
  • Performance and availability monitoring for the BSS/OSS platforms.
  • SLA management.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Definition and maintenance of all the operating procedures needed for the day by day and the extraordinary management of the platforms.
