Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Perform detailed monitoring to recognize, troubleshoot, escalate, document, and resolve identified incidents during your shift.
  • Actively address incoming messages, viewing pending tasks in queues, checking the current state of processes, and taking actions like cancelling or deleting completed/unnecessary tasks to maintain system efficiency.
  • Ensure all tasks configured within a Job Scheduler system will be automatically executed based on their specified schedule when the conditions for that schedule are met.
  • Perform system recovery tasks to process restoring information systems to their known state after a hardware/ software disruption, compromise, or failure.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to collect data to provide recommendations for incident resolution.
  • Document troubleshooting checklists to quickly identify and resolve potential issues.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THIS ROLE:

  • You will work an assigned schedule of: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday -Tuesday (working every other Wednesday).
  • Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays.
    This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
