SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Degree or relevant professional qualification in job related discipline.
- CompTIA A+, Network +, MCIPT qualifications or equivalent in relevant technologies or relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor all incoming support requests.
- Provide operational support across the college’s diverse IT infrastructures including desktops, mobile devices and print systems.
- Maintain accurate support data for all requests.
- Maintain up-to-date portfolio of hardware, software and services.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure Engineers to support delivery of resolutions promptly and effectively.
