The IT PMO Coordinator will support the GFIT Project Management Office (PMO) in addition to IT Business Partners, Portfolio and Project Managers in the successful delivery of IT projects / programmes. The role will work with the Group PMO to ensure effective reporting on the progress of IT projects to aid better management insight and decision making.
The PMO Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining IT project governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the group. As well as ensuring the PMO meets its performance targets and that IT projects adhere to GF standards and industry best practice
Responsibilities:
- Support the IT PMO & Change Manager and IT PMO Lead in maintaining the PMO Governance Framework
- Coordinate all IT project and program reporting and ensure that information is accurate and timely
- Manage all contractor invoicing with Accounts Payable.
- Coordinate with Group PMO to ensure alignment with Group IT policies and processes where required
- Build collaborative relationships with appropriate Group representatives for the effective delivery of IT PMO services
- Develop and manage the relationships with all internal/external stakeholders for successful business outcomes
- Continuously scan the market and introduce new, innovative PMO, project management and business analysis practices / techniques
