As an Innovation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Digital Innovation through active discussions, research, and collaboration. This role is crucial for fostering an environment of continuous learning and technological advancement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in research, data management, and collaboration within a technical or innovative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Keen interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research of journals and industry whitepapers to stay updated with the latest trends and assemble weekly innovation briefings to highlight technological changes.
  • Lead and facilitate discussions, forums, and meetings on innovation and emerging technologies to stimulate ideas and promote knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Maintain and update incubator items with relevant research and summarize findings in comprehensive reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Efficiently manage SharePoint and other collaboration sites to collect, manage, and share data, ensuring team members and others can easily access it.
  • Produce and refine presentations for executives, effectively communicating complex information and supporting decision-making and strategy development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry, academic, and internal contacts to gain valuable insights and collaborate with relevant working groups to stay updated on innovations and partnership prospects.
