• As a Process Manager (m/f/d) you will play an active role in the global KNAUF IT transformation and you will be driving the design and continuous improvement of plant maintenance solutions in close collaboration with Business Partners and Global Process Owners
• To meet availability and quality targets you will analyze business requirements, consult on the optimization of plan-to-repair processes and design proper IT-based solutions
• Your responsibilities will include defining technical specifications for software development (standards, design patterns, test cases, scenarios) and managing the life cycle of designed solutions
• By actively scanning for relevant innovations and new technologies you will suggest further opportunities to improve our plan-to-repair processes and support a smart maintenance approach
• You support in the roll-out, upgrade and optimization of plant maintenance solutions (e.g. SAP PM, T-Con, SIgga)
