A NEW GLOBAL POSITION AS PROCESS & PROJECT MANAGER IN OUR IT DEPARTMENT

At Baettr, we have just opened a new position as Process & Project Manager. The position will play a key role in our future global IT projects by supporting and coordinating our IT projects and ensuring strong process documentation.
You will be part of our global IT team, known for its good humor, teamwork and collaboration, and you will report directly to our VP Group IT. The IT department is based at our HQ in Lem, Denmark, which will be your base, but your employment can also be either Guldsmedshyttan, Sweden or Stade, Germany. The job will be in a hybrid work environment with a balance between online and onsite presence and business travel to or locations globally will occur.

Responsibilities:

You will work globally to coordinate and manage our digital cross-functional projects in close connection with our process owners across the organization and our IT Project & Portfolio Manager. You will help ensuring efficient process documentation in the organization, especially in relation to the digital landscape. You will work closely with colleagues to streamline project management that will ensure successful implementation of our digital solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management and coordination of digital cross-functional projects with stakeholders
  • Ensuring clear project definitions on scope, timelines, resources, and tracking of project milestones
  • Acting as a change agent to foster a culture of successful transformations through efficient communication and stakeholder management
  • Analyzing, designing, and documenting current and future state on processes to improve operational efficiency in close collaboration with global process owners
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and standardization
  • Monitoring, measuring, and reporting the effectiveness of process improvements and making recommendations for further improvements
  • Facilitating process improvement workshops and trainings in use of tools and techniques.
