IT Procurement and Asset Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• You have Matric (or equivalent) basic education (Required)
• You have 3+ years experience in IT procurement, asset management, or a related role.
• You have a UK A-level (or equivalent) basic education
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and related tools, using spreadsheets and data analysis
• ITIL Foundation certification or other relevant certifications in capacity management or IT service management. (preferred)
• You have experience with asset tracking systems and procurement tools/software.
• You have experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
• You have experience in managing user licenses for software applications & IT asset tracking

IT PROCUREMENT AND ASSET MANAGER

We are currently looking for more amazing people to join the Sigma Family, as an IT Procurement and Asset Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement through to disposal, and also ensuring cost-effective management, proper asset utilization, and strong supplier relationships.
You will also manage the acquisition, tracking, allocation, and reallocation of IT equipment and software, implementing a 3-quote procurement system to optimize costs, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations
