OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Technical Analyst to help manage and improve our eCommerce systems that support both B2C and B2B customers. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a tech-driven environment. You’ll work closely with the team to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support ongoing improvements to our online applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A strong interest in IT development, business processes, and eCommerce systems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Basic understanding of how online applications work is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
