DHL Supply Chain is seeking a hardworking and innovative IT Product Manager to join our exciting and forward thinking Global team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a customer facing role working with stakeholders and vendors to assist with the integration and implementation of IT systems all over the world!

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Creating and following IT Product roadmaps in order to implement new products within the business
• Working with stakeholders to diagnose and resolve issues
• Liaising with vendors to develop and customize products to implement within the business
• Managing life cycle and costing of new and existing products
• Completing administrative tasks and updating progress using PM tools

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 4 Years experience working within a relevant IT field
• Good communication skills and experience working in a business facing role
• IT Business Analyst OR Project Manager experience

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Exposure to data technologies/ data warehousing
• Experience working with Azure technologies and Power Apps/ Power Automate

QUALIFICATIONS

• University bachelors degree in an IT or business discipline or relevant education
