- 10+ years experience in project management
- Expert knowledge of MS office products
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to develop and deliver informative progress reports, proposals, and presentations
- Leadership skills - ability to build strong working relationships to execute and successfully complete the programs and projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – i.e. the ability to anticipate problems and solve them quickly and effectively

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of IT Production Americas projects in their scope.
- The Project Manager works cross-functionally and collaborates closely with other stakeholders across the region and in Europe (Central) to ensure achievement of targeted objectives.
- The role requires:
- Expertise in project management, strong communication and organizational skills and knowledge of IT services delivered by AMER IT Production
- Good technical background: knowledge of technologies, operating principles, security requirements, and regulatory constraints involved in bank infrastructur
This role requires close partnership with IT Production teams and Transversal functions teams among other organizations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establish the structure of projects in their scope, aligned with the PMO team processes
- Define and implement relevant governance
- Ensure project objectives are communicated to relevant stakeholders, committed, managed and met
- Coordinate stakeholders across organizations and locations
- Manage budget for projects in their scope
- Report progress and escalate major risks or issues, following relevant PMO processe
