Responsibilities:
- Our IT department sees itself as a consultant and driving force for future-oriented IT technologies and value-creating applications. Working side by side with the departments, it develops a wide range of solutions for the more than 40 Dr. Oetker national companies worldwide. In addition, the IT colleagues provide advice to the departments on harmonizing their business architecture and optimizing their processes and collaborate on the conception of new business models. The team of around 300 people from 50 locations in 40 countries is thus driving digitization at Dr. Oetker.
- The management of identities and rule-based access to enterprise systems and data at anytime and anywhere are core building blocks for protecting personal data and the intellectual property of Dr. Oetker, especially in times of increased cyber-attacks on companies and penetration with cloud solutions. In this exciting and diverse environment, you can actively shape and drive the digital future of Dr. Oetker and transformation to a holistic, modern and future-ready Identity Management system.
- In the position as IT Professional Identity & Access Management, you will develop and implement the necessary processes and guidelines for effective and rule-based identity management and operate the systems required for this in a diversified international team.
- Within your role, you are responsible for implementing necessary interfaces and tools for Identity & Access Management solutions.
- Furthermore, you support and consult relevant stakeholders in the creation of identity & access concepts for new and existing IT services.
- You actively promote the sustainable further development of concepts for the efficient management of identities as well as the continuous increase in the maturity of their protection.
