Join the new IT Business Solution Team (BST) for Business Unit Grid Automation, Hitachi Energy in providing a comprehensive and professional program and project management service to all appropriate stakeholders.
Interact with internal function/business unit stakeholders across product groups to monitor and manage the portfolio that aligns with the overall Hitachi Energy IT PPM business objectives and priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Minimum 7+ years of professional working experience in area of IT Project / Program Management
- Highly proficient in project methodologies, including project financials, and management principles
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes in at least one of the following domains: Operational Sales, Service, or Software Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship, facilitation and conflict-resolution skill
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to assess and mitigate risk
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Good knowledge of ITIL V3 and/or V4
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
- Comfortable working with remote team members across multiple time zones

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects using agile and iterative project methodologies and use various project management tools
- Ensure pro-active Stakeholder Management and engage on individual needs
- Drive on-time and on-budget delivery of project from Initiate to Close
- Facilitate internal and supplier meetings
- Determine communication plans
- Develop and manage project schedules incl. budgets and forecasts
- Identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations
- Ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls
- Manage project scope and identify need for and develop change orders
- Measure and report progress of internal and external teams
- Manage a team of project managers in multiple time zone
- Lead disruptive technology programs, consolidating digital initiatives across the business unit
- Coordinate strategic projects between central Functions and their team
- Collaborate with third parties to support project execution
- Network with partners to stay at the forefront of industry developments
- Ensure projects follow methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures in IT
- Provide risk management and analyse impact of risk on the overall timeline and costs
