Description:
Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join our team for a consultancy mission at a leading public sector client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to drive impactful projects in e-government, collaborate with experts across diverse teams, and contribute to the development of innovative web applications for social security professionals. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience as a team leader and portfolio manager.
- Proven experience managing web development projects (Java, Angular, REST services).
- Expertise in Agile/SCRUM (epics/stories, backlog management, sprint planning).
- Experience with Prince2 and managing project scope, resources, and budgets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Sciforma (or similar tools).
- Experience with legacy system maintenance, including technical migrations and bug resolution.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
Responsibilities:
You will manage a team of 12 professionals, including functional analysts, Java/Angular developers, and an architect. This role will require you to:
- Manage leave requests, absences, and telework arrangements.
- Set team objectives, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching.
- Review timesheets and oversee work distribution across two locations (Brussels and Charleroi).
- Ensure a physical presence on-site at least one day per week, ideally two, to foster team spirit, provide mentorship, and conduct 1-2-1 meetings
