We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California.
Job Description:Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage data center migrations
Lead, document, and communicate work progress, issues, risks, escalating appropriately when needed and proactively identifying path forward for delivery teams
Consolidate and communicate status updates and program summaries via presentations, emails, and direct communications as needed
10+ years of experience managing large-scale, strategic programs in global technology organization
Experience with data and data center migration
Experience with Cloud (ideally GCP)
Advanced program risk, issue and dependency management skills
Advanced Confluence and Jira skills
Capable of managing, tracking and troubleshooting multiple initiatives and workstreams in a deadline-driven environment with cross-functional teams, geographically distributed resources, and vendors
Proven track record of solid planning, delivery and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated bias for action, ownership and ability to see around corners
Excellent written and verbal communications, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills
Financial services and AI/ML, GenAI experience a plus

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

8+ years of experience in Project and Program Management
