Our client in the government sector is looking for a Project Admin Executive to join their team
Govt Security Clearance is required for this role.
Location: Bukit Merah
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform simple reporting and data analysis tasks.
- Flexible to accommodate non-standard office operating hours when necessary.Good Interpersonal Skills and a positive attitude to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- System Monitoring & Reporting: Perform daily monitoring of system operations, including tracking application activity and reviewing external emails. Download and analyze interface reports to track performance. In the event of interface failures, escalate issues to Level 2 (L2) developers and coordinate with external system points of contact (POCs) for resolution.
- External Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for external communications via email. Assist in sending, monitoring, and managing email correspondence with interface agencies. Consolidate and escalate feedback to L2 developers as needed.
- Business Unit Setup Coordination: Track and manage requests for business unit setup inputs from the Accountant-General’s Department (AGD). Work closely with L2 developers to ensure accurate and timely setup within the system.
- Office Administration: Facilitate efficient information transfer between Level 1 (L1) helpdesk, L2 developers, and external agencies. Ensure smooth correspondence and coordination across different environments.
