Description:
BUSINESS ANALYSIS
- Clarify business needs and facilitate detailed requirements analysis for development projects
- Identify opportunities to enhance/streamline processes, operations, and systems through technical solutioning
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Degree in IT, Project Management, Business or related fields
- Min. 2 years working experience in a technical project management role
- Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and tools
- Understanding of application architecture and design principles
Soft skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Methodical, organised with good time management skills.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Sense of ownership and urgency.
- Team player but also able to work independently.
Added advantages:
- Relevant industry certification(s) such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-ACP (PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), etc.
- Knowledge in any of the following: Azure, MSSQL, Power Platform, Python
- Familiarity with the Market Research / Data Analytics industry.
- Understanding of data protection legislation and/or cybersecurity.
