POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator will support the Senior Manager of PMO & Delivery in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passionate about project management practices and project delivery excellence;

  • You are a creative problem solver and a natural collaborator who can work across different areas of the organization and across markets to align stakeholders for the best business solutions;
  • Good understanding of budgeting, project management methodologies, and resource management;
  • Experience with using relevant project management software;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is preferred.
  • Experience with specific project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and ensure that project deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Resource Management: Ensure that project resources are available and allocated efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
  • Be a key ambassador of the organization’s vision, mission, and overall business strategy;
  • Role model the Company’s core values and culture; inspire and motivate people; continually work to enhance culture;
  • Develop and demonstrate OWNERSHIP to lead processes that facilitate teamwork, communications and effective decision-making across the entire enterprise;
  • Create and maintain an environment of partnership and collaboration with all other departments, System Integrators, and vendors to assure the attainment of overall Company goals;
  • Participate in regular meetings, complete administrative duties as necessary;
