ABOUT YOU: SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- College / University degree and/or technical diploma in IT or relevant field
- 3 - 10 years of experience
- Experience with Project Management methodologies
- Ability to lead without authority and facilitate problem solving
- Experience in preparing and presenting materials to senior management
- Knowledgeable in working and delivering under tight deadlines, organized and autonomous
- Good problem solving, planning and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective multi-cultural & virtual team work
- Solid verbal and written communications skills in English and relevant user languages

Responsibilities:
WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY IN OUR TEAM
The Enabling Services work of the Enterprise Project Management Office focuses on the non-technical deliverables for EMIT Projects. Primary responsibility is to assist the Project Manager with: Project Tracking & Controls, Information Management, Economic Calculations, Cost Estimating and Schedule Development. Each Project Office Lead will be assigned to a section that supports a specific business line (e.g. Corporate, Supply Chain, Trading, Upstream or IT Operations).
We have a variety of roles available from junior to experienced Project Management Office Leads in our Project and Product Delivery teams using internally developed processes as well as agile practices providing value to our business. We are looking for junior and senior candidates from 3 years of IT Project Management Office experience.
