Description:
Location: Peterborough (Hybrid). This position will also require occasional travel to other sites within the UK and internationally.
Contract: Permanent / 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team at AB Agri, where you will be responsible for managing and delivering a wide range of critical IT and business projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, and ensure effective results by addressing challenges ahead of time. If you have in-depth knowledge of ERP implementations, especially with Dynamics 365, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of business and IT transformation projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, tracking progress, and managing resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing project budgets, authorising capital spend, and ensuring financial tracking against approved budgets.
- Directing and motivating cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear goals and alignment with project targets.
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions when required.
- Producing key project documentation, including statements of work, project plans, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective delivery of project deliverables.
- Supporting and mentoring junior project team members, enabling them to develop skills and contribute to the project.
