As a Project Manager you will be responsible for successful delivery of projects, as measured by schedule, budget, quality and customer satisfaction. You will regularly communicate status, manage risks and monitor financial performance. You may also serve as a Career Advisor or provide technical expertise and mentorship to colleagues.

Skills and experiences

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, coordinating a medium-large team, with high level of exposure to customer and a proven ability to document, communicate and market IT programs while executing them.
  • Experience leading teams in projects involving business applications (preferably Dynamics 365 environment).
  • Good understanding of contract terms and interpretation as well as key project management disciplines (estimating, work planning, contract management, scope management, user acceptance, etc.)
  • Good people management skills, including overseeing a team and mentoring team members in career growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, building rapport with other people with a focus on developing and nurturing long-lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent Polish and English is a must.
  • Nice to have: expertise in Microsoft Project, working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies especially Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a project work plan to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes, effectively handling any issues and risks that arise during the project.
  • Track and monitor the requirements as they evolve, making sure they are met and properly accounted for.
  • Guide and support the implementation of changes, effectively integrating them into the project.
  • Ensure understanding of stakeholder goals and expectations, address misalignments.
  • Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals.
  • Provide project leadership to appropriate teams; mentor and develop team members and peers.
  • Contribute to the sales process, including estimating work effort and expenses using Avanade’s standard tools.
  • Work in our Warsaw office (hybrid mode including 1-2days/week in the office).
