Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, particularly with security-related projects
- In-depth knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom
- Strong understanding and experience with agile and scrum methodologies (essential).
- Excellent communication skills in English (German proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Willingness to visit distributed teams within Europe, 3-4 times per year for a few days each

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager – Compliance Initiatives (m/f/d) with a strong background in IT security and compliance projects. This role involves working closely with our CTO and liaising with various stakeholders, and project managers from our parent company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing a diverse range of projects, from security tooling rollouts to the introduction of tools and the processes associated with them:
- Project Management: Manage various projects ranging from short-term (2-3 months) to long-term (up to 2 years), such as security tooling rollouts and introducing new platforms
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments and the parent company to achieve project objectives. Work alongside existing agile and scrum teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and in alignment with our standards.
