WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the implementation of IT projects and act as an interface between our specialist department and IT service providers, thus contributing to sustainable decisions and business success.

Skills:

  • Degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in traditional or agile IT project management, ideally as a certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner.
  • Excellent methodological skills and a broad range of (agile) tools and instruments as well as strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills at all levels.
  • Hands-on mentality, conflict resolution skills, conceptual and analytical strength, meticulous working methods, high level of motivation, self-reliance, and resilience.
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills.
  • Good German skills as an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: You will independently plan and coordinate IT (sub-)projects and execute them in coordination with the business unit, including budget responsibility.
  • Strategy: You will review and evaluate requirements with regard to IT strategy, IT architecture and compliance specifications.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will lead heterogeneous project teams, moderate committees and boards, including at top management level, and present complex IT issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
  • Expertise: Align your projects with both traditional and agile project management methodologies as needed.
  • Development: You will also be responsible for establishing and continuously improving project management methodologies (primarily SCRUM/agile project management).
