    We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering exceptional technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, business acumen, technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, including financial forecasts and budgets aligned with business goals.
  • Drive the creation of detailed business cases to support project initiation and funding approvals.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Monitor project financials, track expenditures, and manage budget variances to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and senior management through regular status reports and presentations.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project team members.
  • Utilise project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and control projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project delivery and outcomes.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
