This role is responsible for managing, leading, and motivating highly skilled technical teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to initiate, chart direction and establish processes in unstructured environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. - preferred
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT projects in a fast-paced environment - preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Waterfall, Critical Chain and Agile Project Management methodologies - preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under pressure - preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Motivate and guide cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Guide and create a Project Management framework for the IT.
  • This is an on-site role
