This role is responsible for managing, leading, and motivating highly skilled technical teams.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to initiate, chart direction and establish processes in unstructured environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. - preferred
- Experience in managing large-scale IT projects in a fast-paced environment - preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Waterfall, Critical Chain and Agile Project Management methodologies - preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under pressure - preferred

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Motivate and guide cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.
- Guide and create a Project Management framework for the IT.
- This is an on-site role
