JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., development, testing, implementation).
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders, executives, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and regulations.
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process improvements and best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience managing teams with diverse technical skills and expertise.
