Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Located in the heart of Sydney, our head office is the hub of our operations and the epicentre of our innovative projects We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful delivery of various IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. This may include highly technical systems projects across applications, infrastructure or digital areas.
  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with the I-MED Project Delivery Framework.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

What we’re looking for?

  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager in IT or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience in a large organisation with complex structures.
  • Ability to communication with and influence senior stakeholders.
