YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with further education in project management.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in SAP projects, cloudification, and digitalization.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management certifications (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent).
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud migration strategies.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive change and adapt to evolving project requirements and environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead local and global projects from initiation to solution design, implementation, and testing to handover to operations.
• Guide the cross-functional project team towards understanding and adopting agile principles (e.g., short-term planning, Kanban, limiting WIP, customer focus).
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets and time to market, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to overcome challenges.
• Act as a role model regarding modern and agile ways of working and ensure communications on all levels regarding the lead projects.
• Supervise and coordinate external partners/consultants.
