QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or Life Sciences.
  • PMP, RTE or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a labs or IT environment.
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies required (e.g. Scrum, SAFe).
  • Experience in developing strong working relationships with project teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Knowledge of GLP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11 and ALCOA+ data integrity guidelines.
  • Prior exposure to project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project etc.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory operations, workflows, and data management.
  • Excellent leaderships skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
  • Hybrid working model, with 3 days minimum per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall program/project management planning, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Act as Release Train Engineer (RTE) for lab systems projects, enabling agile release processes.
  • Develop project plans for lab systems and projects, including but not limited to, defining project scope, objectives, timelines and budget.
  • Work in conjunction with labs team, IT team and stakeholders on labs projects, ensuring alignment across departments on project deliverables, timelines and budget.
  • Manage labs projects team to ensure team is working towards and hitting project timelines and milestones.
  • Keep track of lab system projects progress using Agile metrics and keep all relevant stakeholders up to date on changes to, and reports on, project statuses.
  • Ensure all project work is completed in alignment with industry standards and regulations, including Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), 21 CFR Part 11 and ALCOA+ data integrity guidelines.Conduct regular risk analysis and risk management on project work and implement processes to mitigate risks.
