Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the IT Digital Product Owner and Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the full accountability of the digital product and end-to-end project management. Your mission will be to align our digital products with LPCH’s strategic objectives. You will ensure continuous improvement and responsiveness to organisational needs, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements.

  • Product Ownership:
  • Develop and align product vision and strategy with organisational goals.
  • Manage product budget, resource allocation, and procurement.
  • Oversee user experience design and release management.
  • Project Management:
  • Prioritise and manage product backlog, incorporating user feedback.
  • Manage project lifecycle from inception to evaluation.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop communication plans and manage change effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards.
  • Performance Management:
  • Define and monitor product KPIs, ensuring compliance and security.
  • Track project performance metrics and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Use analytics to predict challenges and improve processes.Incorporate stakeholder feedback and lessons learned into future projects.
