Are you passionate about Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), particularly the IT integration aspect, with a focus on delivering successful IT integration? Or do you have a background as an IT Project Manager with an interest in working with M&A?
If so, you might be the perfect fit for our open position as an IT Project Manager in the DD&IT M&A Corporate Assets team.

WHAT WE SCOUT FOR

We are seeking a candidate who ideally meets the majority of the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Business, IT, or another relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large complex organizations
  • Previous exposure to M&A would be beneficial, although not mandatory
  • Deep knowledge of traditional Project Management methodology, as well as Agile ways of working

You can work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment where priorities change, and fast decisions are needed to move on. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading or drive projects within the M&A space, either in the Due Diligence and or the integration phase
  • Managing small to mid-size projects containing some complexity
  • Taking the agreed integration strategy (operating model) and building an actionable plan, driving the IT sub stream towards timely execution of the plan
  • Identifying, tracking, and documenting risks during the IT Due Diligence and Integration projects, as well as reporting and escalating in a timely manner
  • Managing project budget and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Being responsible for own deliverables, while also working closely with other roles in the team and across the organization
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders across DD&IT to ensure successful project execution
  • Leads and directs Subject Matter Experts in a matrix organization
