ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION

• Establish Project Governance: Set up and structure the project’s governance framework to ensure proper oversight and decision-making.
• Oversee Business Requirements: Manage the process of gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements to align with project objectives.
• Lead Architectural Coordination: Coordinate and guide architectural planning and deliverables to ensure they meet technical and project needs.
• Develop Budget and Roadmap: Create and manage the project budget and develop a detailed roadmap for project execution.
• Track Project Progress: Monitor and report on the project’s status, including progress, timing, scope, quality, and budget, to key stakeholders.
• Risk and Issue Management: Anticipate potential risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Motivate Project Teams: Inspire and motivate project teams to achieve high levels of productivity and morale
