Kellihers Electrical, a Rexel Group Company, are excited to share that we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support our team in our Limerick premises. This will be a hybrid position, with the IT Project Manager expected to be onsite for 3 days per week.

Process and Governance

• Creating project plans, defining project timelines, and scheduling tasks and activities. * * Budget management: Developing and tracking project budgets, ensuring that the project stays within budget constraints. * * Quality assurance: Implementing quality control processes, monitoring project deliverables, ensuring project outcomes meet quality standards. * * Assessing and managing changes to project scope, requirements, and objectives, while minimizing disruption to project progress.

Delivering through People , setting the vision and end goal.

• Assigning team members to specific tasks, managing resource availability, and optimizing resource utilization. * * Facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other relevant parties. * * Building a strong team of people to deliver to the shared goal.

Project Delivery – staying on track

• Risk management: Identifying and monitoring potential risks to the project and developing risk mitigation strategies throughout. * * Maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, and ensuring project information is accurately recorded and communicated. * * Procurement and vendor management: Identifying project-related procurement needs, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing procurement processes where necessary.

The Project Manager supports our Digital adoption mission and is critical in delivering key digital initiatives across Rexel branch and customer networks., We need to deliver at pace whilst ensuring adherence to required scope, agreed processes and stated governance, enabling greater business performance.

Pay: From €65,000.00 per year
